DeepSkill Is a Finalist for the Impact of Diversity Award
After a successful public voting round, DeepSkill is among the top 3 nominees for the “Diversity in Start-Ups” category of the Impact of Diversity Award. The final award ceremony will take place on 04.07.2024 in Kronberg.
The Impact of Diversity Award is supported by well-known companies, including Deutsche Bahn, Volkswagen, Accenture, Hays, MTU Aero Engines, and HTGF. The “Diversity in Start-Ups” category honors young companies that have been financed with venture capital and have not been on the market for more than 10 years.
At DeepSkill, we shape the working world of tomorrow, in which diversity and equal opportunities are actively lived out. Diversity plays a crucial role for us, as we bring people from diverse backgrounds together in our work in order to integrate different perspectives and thus achieve the best possible outcome. We place people at the center of a colorful, inclusive working environment that values and promotes the individual.
We do not see diversity as an end in itself, but as absolutely necessary to be sustainably innovative and successful. Diversity means valuing diversity in opinions; being open to diversity; acknowledging that there are different paths to knowledge than the ones we have always taken so far. All this with the knowledge that this creates the best solutions and genuine innovations.
We are therefore particularly pleased to be in the final for this award. We are really looking forward to the awards ceremony and will of course keep you up to date.
