What Software/Hardware Do I Need to Access the Platform or Participate in Training?
To access the DeepSkill platform and participate in training, you’ll need the following:
Software:
- Recommended Browser: Use Google Chrome for a seamless training experience. Safari is not recommended due to limitations, such as issues with screen sharing.
- Video Conferencing Tool: Trainings are conducted via browser-based tools like Whereby, which are GDPR-compliant and user-friendly. No additional installation is required, and these tools are fully integrated into the DeepSkill platform for easy access.
Hardware:
- Stable Internet Connection: Ensure a stable, high-speed connection for smooth sessions.
- Camera and Microphone: A high-quality camera and a functional microphone are essential for active participation.

Where Can I Log In to the Platform?
You can log in to the DeepSkill platform via this link: https://app.deepskill.com/en/login. Bookmark the link in your browser for quick access. Enter your credentials to access your dashboard, where you’ll find all learning content, your progress, and upcoming sessions.
How Can I Reset My Password?
To reset your password, go to the DeepSkill platform login page at https://app.deepskill.com/en/login and click on "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive an email with a link to reset a new password.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support at programme@deepskill.com for further assistance.
How Can I Cancel My Registration for a Live Training or Peer Practice?
Cancellation is managed through the platform. Please cancel as early as possible to allow the trainer sufficient time to adjust the planning. For group exercises, timely notice is essential to adapt group size and dynamics. Late cancellations may disrupt session flow and interactions.
Until When Do I Need to Cancel an Individual Coaching Session?
Individual coaching sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance via the platform. If canceled later, the session is considered attended, and it will still be deducted from your coaching budget.
