Can I Start Programs with Only a Few Participants?

We can effectively support the development of even very small groups of participants. We offer regular open programs for first-time leaders and better work-family balance, where you can register participants individually. Alternatively, customized individual coaching programs (e-learning + one-on-one coaching packages) can be tailored to your needs.

How Do You Ensure That the Coaches and Trainers Are a Good Fit for Us?

We personally onboard and train all our coaches and trainers, ensuring familiarity with their qualifications, experiences, and strengths in coaching and training. With the help of our Coach Matching Algorithm and continuous evaluation, we ensure that only those familiar with your industry, company values, and target audience are selected for you.

How Customizable Are the Learning Programs for Individual Participants?

Our learning programs are fully customizable and can be tailored to the specific needs of each target group. Modules are flexibly configured to address unique challenges, the target audience, and strategic business goals. Content is precisely aligned with participants’ roles, industries, and work contexts.

To ensure an effective and sustainable learning journey, we combine various didactic formats, including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, coaching, and peer practices. This approach ensures the content is matched to optimal learning methods and individual development needs, maximizing impact.

Can We Integrate Your Platform with Our LMS?

How Do You Measure Behavioral Changes and Learning Success?

We use a detailed evaluation model based on Kirkpatrick's proven approach to accurately measure participants' learning success and behavioral changes. The model includes four levels:

  1. Reaction – Collecting immediate feedback to assess participant satisfaction and the perceived learning environment.
  2. Learning – Measuring knowledge growth and skill development through tests and practical exercises.
  3. Behavior – Analyzing if and how participants' behavior has changed in their daily work.
  4. Results – Evaluating the long-term impact of learning on individual and organizational goals.

Which Quality Criteria Do You Have for Selecting Coaches and Trainers?

We personally select and onboard all our trainers and coaches with care. Alongside interpersonal compatibility, we prioritize objective criteria such as:

  • Certifications (e.g., EMCC, DGS, DBVC),
  • 5–10 years of business experience, including leadership roles,
  • A minimum of 500–1,000 coaching hours, and
  • Certification as a business coach.

Passion for sustainable, people-centered development and strong affinity for digital tools and didactics are equally important. We conduct ongoing quality and satisfaction evaluations to ensure a high standard and excellent alignment with the target audience.

Do You Provide Ready-Made Content, and Can We Integrate Our Own?

We offer a pool of ready-made content for all topics. You can review it transparently through our module descriptions, which we’ll go through together.
