In recent months, as a company, we have celebrated significant successes that recognize our efforts and commitment in various areas. These awards are not only recognition of our previous work, but also an incentive for the future:
Impact on Diversity Award 2024
We are pleased to announce that we have won the Impact on Diversity Award! At the fourth edition of this prestigious event, we were honored in the “Diversity in Start-Ups” category. This award recognizes our continued success and efforts in creating social and emotional competencies in the business world. Our “Let's Grow Deep” philosophy underscores the importance of diversity and inclusion, which are deeply rooted in each individual.
The jury recognized our continuous successes and efforts in creating social and emotional competencies in the business world. Recognizing and accepting ourselves with all of our strengths, potential, qualities and emotions is the basis for seeing ourselves as who we are — people. True to our claim “Let's Grow Deep,” diversity and inclusion grows from the depths of people.
HR Startup Award 2024 — Top 10
We are proud to be among the top 10 HR Start-up Awards! With DeepSkill, we are actively shaping the future of work. The HR Startup Award aims to bring innovations from start-ups to the HR community, to learn from each other and to jointly shape the personnel and working world of the future.
The increase in submissions in the “HR & People Analytics” category, as well as the promising solutions that rely on AI technology, is particularly pleasing.
Holon IQ — Top 200 EdTech Startups in Europe
For the third time in a row, we are among the top 200 most promising EdTech startups on the Holon IQ Market Map! The Europe EdTech 200 identifies young, fast-growing and innovative start-ups in the fields of learning, teaching and continuing education across Europe. The assessment is based on data, insights and qualitative assessments from Holoniq's Intelligence Unit and local market experts.
Particularly noteworthy is the “Workforce & Skills” category, which accounts for around a quarter of all top 200 start-ups in Europe. This shows the great importance of re-learning and up-skilling of the entire workforce in order to keep pace with the changes of our time. The “Management Systems” category is also well represented and aims to clearly present the various learning opportunities. Our customers are looking for good solutions to make the increased demand for individualized learning opportunities accessible and clear for their employees.
